SAICAD hydraulic tanks/reservoirs meet or exceed all J.I.C and ASLE standards.
For our European customers we meet the appropriate DIN standards.
For our U.S based customers, our designs meet the NFPA standards.
Our design confirm to the ISO and DIN standards for: Fluid systems filtration, fluid system safety, leakage and corrosion testing.
We prefer to use hot rolled steel plate and sheet, pickled and oiled
. However, for custom design requirements we may use sand blasting processes.
Based on the material selection, we have wide range of thickness capability starting from 7 gauge to 12 gauge( up to 10 mm).
Our Oil tanks are mostly Seam welded bodies, phosphated surfaces and produced in standard colors.
Oil tanks are produced with Fixed/Removable baffle for oil circulation.
SAICAD reservoirs are designed standard for 3/4 NPT threads. SAE options are also available.
