Saicad manufactures a wide variety of Hydraulic Oil Tanks. From 5 gallon capacity to a 1000 gallon capacity. We believe each tank is different , based upon the fluid and the application. Therefore we have a generic set of Oil Tanks and Tank Accessories.
We work with you to design, simulate and test the correct Fluid Power solution for you application. This ensure that your Hydraulic system is rugged and optimized for the application.
Each tank is provide with a detailed 2D -CAD and a 3D -CAD Model.
Fluid Flow anlaysis and structural analysis(of mountings) are provided at extra cost.
Fluid Power design is provided at extra cost.
Select a hydraulic oil tank with ample storage to dissipate heat. For tanks with only a drain connection, you must add an inlet/outlet connection and pipe suction flanges (sold separately). Dual chamber tanks have a divider for particle settling. To install the vent for Style C tanks, drill a hole. Saicad provide a wide range of Oil Tank accessories and will provide guidance on the correct accessory selection.
