HYDRAULIC ACCUMULATOR - PISTON AND SPRING TYPE
We make Accumulators of two types :
- Piston type,
- Spring type
In the picture above we have shown our standard piston type Hydraulic Accumulator per National Stock Number (NSN) : 3040-00508-0126
Our Accumulators have a capacity from 5 gallons to 100 gallons stored volume, pressure range of 300 bar and compression ratios to 10:1.
These are basically pressure storage reservoirs, which find usage in Hydraulic or fluid applications. They have a compressed gas-charged(mostly nitrogen)chamber on one side, a hydraulic fluid chamber on the other,piston and many sealing ,valve and end-cap options.
Our Accumulators are best suited for applications needing :
- High Pressure Ratios.
- Large fluid flow volume.
Our Accumulators ensure :
- Low noise,
- Low vibration ,
- Low friction,
- High piston speeds up to 17 ft/sec,
- Long life expectancy.
We use Computer Aided Design(CAD) and Finite Element Analysis(FE) to support our design and optimize product performance.
